Dr. Richard Bargas
Plenary Speaker
Jesse Randolph has been our Pastor-Teacher at IHCC since June 2022. Jesse is a graduate of the Master’s Seminary, and is committed to seeing followers of Christ built up through the verse-by-verse expositional preaching of God’s Word. Jesse and his wife Jenna are California transplants, and have been blessed with five children, ranging from toddler to the teenage spectrum.

Dr. Jack Hughes

Gordie serves as Executive Pastor at IHCC where he oversees the administrative and operational aspects of the church. He joined IHCC after 17 years of working in college admissions. Gordie and his wife Tami have three children.

Dr. Cory Marsh
Plenary Speaker
Aaron has been a Pastor at IHCC since 2011. With a passion for helping people grow in their walk with Jesus Christ, Aaron oversees the college, online, and connections ministries, and also co-hosts the Sound Words Podcast. He is pursuing his MTS degree at Shepherds Theological Seminary. Aaron is married to his wife Audree, and together they are blessed with four children.

Dr. Richard Bargas
Dr. Bargas serves as the Executive Director of IFCA International and editor of Voice, a bi-monthly theological magazine. He has served as a pastor for more than two decades and taught as a Faculty Associate at The Master’s Seminary.
He holds a BA from Biola University and an MDiv and DMin from The Master’s Seminary. He speaks at churches and conferences across the country, blogs at always-reforming.com, and is passionate about sound doctrine and helping local churches flourish.
He and his wife Wendy live in Hudsonville, Michigan, have been married for 34 years, and have four daughters.
Dr. Jack Hughes
Dr. Hughes serves as the Lead Pastor/Teacher of Anchor Bible Church in Louisville, Kentucky.
He received his MDiv from The Master’s Seminary and his DMin from Westminster Theological Seminary. With over 30 years of pastoral ministry experience, he is passionate about expository preaching, discipling men, and equipping the saints for the work of ministry. He runs a website intended to help equip preachers and Bible teachers at DrivenNails.com.
Jack and his wife, Lisa, have been married since 1984, are parents of three grown children, and grandparents of three.
Dr. Cory Marsh
Dr. Marsh serves as Professor of New Testament, Director of the ThM program, and Director of SCS Press at Southern California Seminary.
He has authored or edited multiple published essays, hooks, and articles in various academic journals, and is a frequent conference speaker. Cory holds three master’s degrees from SCS (MA, MDiv, ThM) and a PhD in Biblical Theology from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Cory is married to his high school sweetheart, Shannan, and the two of them are members of Revolve Bible Church in San Juan Capistrano, CA where Dr. Marsh serves as Scholar in Residence and regularly engages in preaching and teaching.
Pastor Jesse Randolph
Pastor Jesse Randolph serves as the Pastor Teacher at Indian Hills Community Church.
He holds an MDiv from The Master’s Seminary and has spoken at a number of conferences and written for a number of online publications. He co-hosts a podcast called Sound Words which releases a wide variety of content to help Christians love and live out God’s Word.
He and his wife Jenna have five children and live in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Dr. Mark Snoeberger
Dr. Snoeberger serves as an Associate Professor of Systematic Theology at Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary.
He received his MDiv and ThM from DBTS and his PhD in systematic theology from Baptist Bible Seminary. He has authored a number of books and journal articles in various academic journals. Dr. Snoeberger has served previously as a pastor and is now an active member of the Evangelical Theological Society.
He and his wife Heather are parents to two married sons and have three grandchildren.
